Designed for the decision you need

Every Senstomi experience begins with a real-world situation.

Not a generic questionnaire.

Not a blank chat window.

A specific financial decision that requires judgment.

The goal is to understand the factors that matter most to the decision in front of you.

Personalized recommendations, not just possibilities

Many tools help you explore. Senstomi helps you decide.

Sometimes the right call is to act. Sometimes it’s to change course. Sometimes it’s to stay exactly where you are.

What matters is a recommendation grounded in your situation and a decision that makes sense to you.

Explainable by design

A recommendation is only useful if you understand it.

That’s why every recommendation includes the reasoning behind it and the factors that influenced it.

You stay in control

We provide recommendations. You decide whether to act on them, and you implement any changes yourself.

Built on fiduciary responsibility

Senstomi operates as an SEC-registered investment adviser.

Recommendations are delivered within a framework built around transparency, suitability, and acting in your best interest.

1. What is Senstomi?

Senstomi is a financial advice platform built around one question: what should you actually do?

Where most tools hand you information and leave the deciding to you, Senstomi is organized around the real situations that drive financial decisions — a job loss or a windfall, a market drop, a major purchase you’re weighing, or a question you can’t stop turning over. You start from what’s actually happening, and Senstomi walks you to a clear recommendation grounded in your circumstances.

The analysis produces the recommendation. AI explains it. AI never decides for you.

2. Is Senstomi a fiduciary?

Yes. "Financial adviser" can mean many things — some are fiduciaries, some aren't, and some earn commissions on what they sell you. Senstomi is a registered investment adviser, held to a fiduciary standard: we're legally obligated to act in your best interest. And because we don't sell products, take commissions, or charge based on your assets, there's no conflict between our advice and how we're paid.

3. Who is Senstomi for?

Senstomi is for people who've moved past the basics. You've got budgeting and spending under control, you understand the importance of diversification — what you want now is clarity on the bigger decisions, the kind that carry real weight. The kind that start from something real happening in your life, not a dashboard or a blank chat box.

Senstomi is designed to help whether or not you work with an adviser. Either way, you get a clear recommendation and the reasoning behind it — enough to decide with confidence. If you do work with an adviser, it also helps you think through a decision before you connect, so you arrive clearer and better prepared.

4. How is this different from a robo-advisor?

Both are registered investment advisers, but they offer very different services. A robo-advisor takes custody of your assets, manages them on your behalf, and automatically implements investment changes. Senstomi doesn’t manage money. We provide recommendations, and you decide whether to act on them.

Senstomi helps you make the call — and understand it.

5. Why does Senstomi make recommendations instead of just presenting options?

Most tools hand you information and leave the hard part to you.

A list of options isn’t the same as knowing what to do. Senstomi is built to take a position: based on your situation, here’s what we recommend — and here’s the reasoning behind it.

Sometimes the recommendation is to act. Sometimes it’s to wait. The point is that you’re not left to guess.

6. How do you determine my recommendations?

Recommendations come from structured financial analysis grounded in established portfolio principles, applied to your specific situation — your circumstances, your risk profile, and the decision in front of you.

You can see the reasoning behind every recommendation: the factors that mattered and how they shaped the result.

Every recommendation shows its work.

7. How does Senstomi use AI?

AI plays one role at Senstomi: it explains. It translates recommendations into plain English so the reasoning is easy to follow.

It does not generate the recommendation itself. That comes from the underlying analysis — AI only helps you understand it.

8. What does limited release mean, and is it right for me?

Senstomi is in an early, focused release.

Today, that means Income Hit — our scenario for navigating job loss, reduced income, layoffs, career transitions, and similar income disruptions.

If that’s the decision in front of you, or if you’d like to help shape what comes next, this may be a good time to join. If not, you may prefer to wait as we release additional scenarios.

9. How does membership work?

Membership gives you access to everything Senstomi currently offers, beginning with Income Hit, for a flat monthly rate.

There are no asset-based fees, no commissions, and no product sales. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and you’ll keep access through the end of your paid period.

As we release new scenarios, members receive them as part of their membership.

10. Is my financial data secure?

Yes. We use strong encryption to protect your data, and we never sell your personal information.

As an SEC-registered investment adviser, we maintain certain records for regulatory purposes, retained as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to those recordkeeping requirements.
